If you’ve worked with Industrivac UK before, you’ll know we’re a friendly bunch – but we realised something recently: a lot of people know the name Industrivac, without actually knowing the people behind it.
So we thought it was time to change that.
Industrivac UK was established in 2021 as a family-run business, and since day one it’s been built around a smaller, hands-on team.
Why We’re Sharing More of the Team
We’re making a conscious effort to show more of the people behind Industrivac because this company is human at its core.
There isn’t a huge call centre here, or layers of management you never meet. Behind every enquiry, every site visit, every bit of problem-solving, there’s one of us – real people doing the work and supporting customers properly.
We think that matters.
Not just because it’s nice to put faces to names, but because when you know who you’re speaking to, it feels more personal. More real. More like a working relationship than a transaction.
And that’s exactly what we want Industrivac to be.
The People Behind the Calls, Visits, and Solutions
Whether you’re speaking to us on the phone, placing an order, or seeing our team on site, you’re dealing with people who are fully invested in what they do.
We’re proud of the work we’ve done since 2021, and even prouder of the team that makes it happen day in, day out. So over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes moments, team introductions, and a bit more of the day-to-day reality of Industrivac UK.
And of Course… Randall 🐾
No introduction would be complete without mentioning Randall, our Head of Security.
Always on duty. Always professional. A key member of the Industrivac family – even if he takes his role very seriously.
If you’ve met him, you’ll know he runs a tight ship.
Hello From All of Us 👋
So, hello from the Industrivac UK team. We’re looking forward to showing a bit more of the human side of what we do – and the people who do it.
