The industrial vacuum cleaners for the recovery of oil from CNC, lathes and cutting machines are widely used within the mechanical, automotive, engineering and plastics industries. Once recovered, the oil is filtered through a sieve grid, which filters the chips down to approximately 1.5mm. After the first stage of filtering, the oil then passes through a PPL filter with a 300micron efficiency and finally deposits in a tank of variable capacity from 100 up to 700ltr. Once deposited, the oil can be immediately discharged and re-introduced inside the machines and the production cycle through an individual means within the unit, whether it be reverse airflow or a powerful independent pump that empties the most capable tank in a matter of seconds.
